Arya Development and Welfare Trust of India is a non-profit, non-political, secular organization registered under Indian Trust Act 1982. Arya Development and Welfare Trust of India a new name in the field of Social Welfare organization(Trust), is a  Registered Organization  is operational in Purba Medinipur under  state of West Bengal, is operational since 29^th December 2011, 12AA of Income Tax Act 1961, Also Registered and Accredited by Government of India Ministry of Corporate Affairs CSR Activities Govt. of India for the promotion of education, Nursing, paramedical, health, Skill training , sports, art and culture, As well as social activities for different types of social work in the society theatre particularly among the disadvantageous sections of Trust.
              ADWTI is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Organization, for Quality Management System.let by highly experienced, qualified, enthusiastic professionals and Registered with a vision to provide quality Social security Schemes, quality services, quality life style and social Recognition to its associates. The Arya Development and Welfare Trust of India was incepted since Nov 2011 in view of bringing peace and development with the sole spirit of “Empowerment through Social Action”. The organization strive to make a humble contribution to economically vulnerable groups of people, committing ourselves as an Organization of solving problems also facilitating them in sensitizing their issues through social action with a limited capacity in partnership, with others in building a better society, based on justice and peace.

Over the last 11 years, the ADWTI An unit of JNPTI has grown exponentially making its presence felt across the Purba Medinipur and all over West Bengal  , training and certifying many youth by helping and making them employable and self-employable, empowered with a Paramedical, Nursing certificate/diploma/ from the certifying body (JNPTI-Affiliated to bss Govt.of india) in Skill, Trade & Vocational Training Provided,
            The Rural Urban Council of Skills & Vocational Studies is a non-profit Self Financed, Private Organisation. It is an Autonomous & Voluntary Organization working for the development of literacy and creating awareness among the masses about Skill, Vocational Education & Science & Technology and striving for their up-liftment in all spheres of the life through it.

Sri Tapan Kumar Jana  is the Chairman & Managing Trustee of Arya Development and Welfare Trust of India  for the last Eleven years. He is a young and dynamic person. His vision is to develop a model Institution of Information Technology,    Biological Sciences, Paramedical Sciences, Nursing Center and with job oriented courses for the students coming from different parts of West Bengal & India.
        Under his stewardship Jesus Nursing and Para Medical Training Institute (Group of Institute ) is growing to become one of the leading Educational Institution in Purba Medinipur, Contai  city providing quality education for generations to come.

          Provide an educational programme through which the Para Medical , Skill development, Vocational & nurses will be produced to assume responsibility in primary, secondary and tertiary health care as professional Courses.

           Education is the weapon through which every battle of life can be won. While education is the fundamental right of human beings, it is the light through which we can make the lives of many people not only our own but also light and development. Even today, many children in the country are deprived of education due to lack of financial and educational institutions.
         This problem is not only in rural areas, but also in the narrow streets of urban areas. It is not that the government or the state governments are not making efforts. Not only governments, many organizations are also striving at the grassroots level, but according to the population, it is still difficult to provide education to every people. We have also set up Council for Rural Urban Skills and Vocational Studies to make our sacrifice in the yagya called.

            At the same time with the various problems of the society including health, education, natural disasters, blood donation camps, public awareness camps, relief distribution to the poor families of the society, human rights awareness camps etceducation. It will be our moral duty to provide education from house to house.
